How the calciner works Decomposition furnace is a new type of thermal equipment in which fuel combustion, heat exchange and decomposition reaction are carried out simultaneously; its types and forms are various. The basic principle is: the preheated raw meal, a certain amount of fuel and an appropriate amount of hot gas are fed into the decomposition furnace at the same time, and the raw meal is in a suspended or boiling state in the furnace; below 900 C, the fuel burns without flame.Friction ring vacuum heat treatment At the same time, the heat transfer and calcium carbonate decomposition process are completed at a high speed: the burning time of the fuel and the time required for the decomposition of calcium carbonate take about 2 to 4 s, and the decomposition rate of calcium carbonate in the raw meal can reach 85% to 95%. Vacuum sintering of tensile screw surface The temperature of the preheated material is 800~850°C. Solid, liquid or gas fuel can be used in the calciner. In my country, pulverized coal is mainly used as the fuel, and the fuel added to the calciner accounts for about 55% to 65% of the total fuel.Vacuum Heat Treatment in Mechanical Manufacturing
